This role involves providing specialized care in a unit that includes ICU and Stepdown services, with a required license to be brought on the first day. Candidates should be prepared to start as soon as possible. Job Details Location: Roswell, New Mexico Shift: Days, 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., with floating and call requirements Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications, valid license to practice. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ICU and Stepdown units, familiarity with Cerner EMR, ability to float to Stepdown and Medical Services departments, and availability to work at least one Winter holiday. Additional Information: 48-hour weekly guarantees may be requested; scheduling blocks and high RTO requests may be specified. Floating to Stepdown and MS departments is required; patient ratios are 1:2 or 1:3-4 in Stepdown.
