Appointment clerk duties will include:
- Answering phones.
- Taking detailed messages.
- Setting appointments.
- Filing paperwork, pulling files, and calling to confirm appointments.
Requirements:
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience is preferred, but not required.
- The successful candidate will be comfortable handling multiple phone lines.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 2PM-6PM Saturday 7AM-12PM.
- Occasionally fill in for day shifts.
