Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (0700–1930) | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, triage, and interventions for emergency patients
• Accurately document patient care and clinical findings using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
• Manage a diverse patient population presenting with acute and critical conditions

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience (dedicated ER experience required — Telemetry holding in ER does not qualify)
• Prior clinical experience in California
• Proficiency with Cerner charting is required
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level II Emergency Department
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in an acute emergency environment
