Charge Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to lead daily clinical care, oversee nursing operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, participant-centered care in a PACE setting. Key Responsibilities Include Coordinating and supervising clinical activities and workflows Providing leadership and support to the clinical team Monitoring and managing acute and chronic health conditions Administering medications, treatments, immunizations, and wound care Conducting assessments and contributing to care planning Assisting with staff onboarding, training, and inventory management Supporting quality improvement, compliance, and audit readiness Participating in after-hours on-call and holiday rotations Qualifications Include Current RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program Preferred: two years of Charge Nurse or leadership experience At least one year working with elderly or long-term care populations Current CPR certification or ability to obtain Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and leadership skills Commitment to compassionate, participant-focused care Additional Requirements Willingness to work beyond normal hours and in varied environments Full vaccination against influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B or willingness to become vaccinated Meeting CMS competency standards prior to independent work Join a supportive team committed to excellence, growth, and meaningful care delivery in a collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Provident Behavioral Health
