Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Director at ATI Restoration, LLC. The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. This role is based in Northern Virginia, VA, with the option for some work from home. Qualifications Project Management, Budgeting, and Scheduling skills Strong Leadership and Communication skills Knowledge of restoration industry standards and regulations Experience in residential and commercial property restoration Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Industry certifications such as IICRC are a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
