About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President of Philanthropy to take on a pivotal role in leading the Development department. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing global donor relations, including all aspects of one-to-one donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. This is a senior position with a primary responsibility of generating a significant portion of the organization's annual fundraising revenue. The role demands a strategic, driven leader who can drive a relationship-centered, portfolio-based fundraising strategy, with a focus on major gifts, mid-level growth, planned giving, and long-term donor value. The AVP will also be responsible for coaching a team of Philanthropy Officers and must have the ability to manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors, securing five- to seven-figure gifts.
