Dully open and close registers as necessaryMonitor inventory and create pars efficiently; keep track of invoices, food waste and parsRestock coffee bar and serving stations with necessary amenitiesFollow proper food handling, sanitation, and safely procceduresProvide training for baristas, delegate tasks, coach, and hold staff accountable to standardsAddress guest questions, concerns, and special requests promptly and profession allyPlace orders for bar back stockSend daily recap email to Retail ManagerResponsible for updating signage and seasonal beverage menuMake sandwiches and bake items during designated time slotsFollow all opening and closing proceduresOther tasks as assignedWhat You Bring:Prior café, coffee, or food & beverage experience requiredPrevious leadership experience preferredBarista certification or completion of formal coffee/espresso training preferredKnowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation is a plusAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team membersBasic math skills required for accurate money handlingExperience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order taking and cash handlingAbility to multitask in a fast paced environmentFlexibility to work weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays as requiredNecessary State Food Handler's License(s)Native American/Alaskan Native preference applies under applicable TERO requirementsAccountability | Creativity | Enthusiasm | Honesty | Inclusion | RespectColumbia Hospitality is a national management and consulting company with more than 25 years of experience in creating hospitality solutions and delivering exceptional experiences.
