Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Location: Arizona
️ Assignment: 13 Weeks
Charge Nurse Differential: Additional $3/hr for qualified Charge Nurse experience
Facility: 38-Bed Emergency Department
Trauma: Level III Certified
EMR: Cerner – Experience Preferred
Scrubs: Black

Join a 38-bed Emergency Department at a Level III Trauma Center that provides high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ER nurse who is confident managing a wide range of patient acuities and thrives in a collaborative team setting.

The department provides specialized emergency services as a Stroke Receiving and STEMI Receiving Center , making this a great opportunity to expand your emergency nursing experience while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

• 13-week assignment

• Mids: 12:00 PM – 12:30 AM

• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week

• 40 hours/week

• 48-hour guarantee may be considered

• Requested start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance

• Must be willing to float as needed

• Black scrubs required

• 38-bed Emergency Department

• Level III Trauma Certified

• Stroke Receiving Center

• STEMI Receiving Center

• Fast-paced, high-acuity emergency environment

Charge Nurse experience is preferred!

Qualified candidates with Charge Nurse experience may be eligible for an additional $3/hr differential , making this an excellent opportunity for experienced ER nurses ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities.

• Active Arizona RN License – Required

• 2 years of RN experience – Required

• Recent Emergency Department experience

• BLS , **ACLS ,** PALS – Required

• Cerner experience – Preferred

• NIH certification is not required but highly recommended

• Must be willing to float

• Provide safe, efficient care in a fast-paced ED

• Prioritize patients based on acuity

• Respond effectively to emergent situations

• Work collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Adapt to changing patient volumes and department needs

• Step into Charge Nurse responsibilities when qualified
