Hospitality and Brand Manager Boal City Brewing, located in Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, established in 2023 and now producing approximately 600 barrels annually, is a growing brewery committed to offering great beer with a great experience – the right vibe and building community. We are seeking a passionate, hospitality‑driven person with a creative mind and adventurous spirit to lead that experience and help us grow. The Hospitality & Brand Manager is the face and creative engine of our taproom experience. This is not a behind‑the‑scenes role – it is a highly visible, guest‑forward position that blends event programming, building key community partner and customer relationships, daily taproom presentation, and hands‑on marketing execution. You will shape the atmosphere guests walk into, the story they hear, the events they attend, and the brand assets they see on social media and throughout the taproom and its grounds.
