The role involves modeling, coaching, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities Model and coach to deliver the ultimate customer experience across all store functions. Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on consumer needs, consistent with Levi's® service approach. Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program. Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and focused on customer satisfaction; partner with store management on elevated issues. Efficiently handle cash, shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment operations while maintaining standards and store policy compliance. Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs; follow directives from store management. Qualifications Fashion savvy and interested in current trends. Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation The pay range is the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements, or $12.00–$19.95 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
