Commercial Tenant Improvements | East Bay

A highly regarded East Bay General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to estimate and manage commercial tenant-improvement projects from preconstruction through completion.

There is a very attractive profit sharing program being offered.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, budgets, proposals, and scopes
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
• Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors and field teams
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule and profitability goals

Project Manager Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction estimating or project-management experience
• Commercial tenant-improvement experience
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, costs, and methods
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with construction estimating and project-management software
• Bay Area subcontractor and vendor relationships are a plus
