You will report to the general manager in this role.

What you'll do:

• Manage the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved
• Ensure sales goals are attained
• Manage daily activity and training of the sales staff
• Ensure salespeople are engaging with customers
• Address and resolve customer concerns

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive sales manager
• Previous work history of leading a high-performing sales team
• Import experience a plus
• CDK knowledge a plus
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total rewards:

The California salary pay range for this position is $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 monthly. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off department net and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, total units, net pvr, and product penetration. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
