Access Management
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, FL. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Responsibilities Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area. Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions. Handle guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude and escalate when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience as a host or in customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Professional appearance and friendly demeanor. Basic computer skills for managing reservations. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr Access Management
