Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver , you will provide essential support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assisting with light housekeeping and household organization
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition needs
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients with daily activities and mobility assistance
• Working in clients' homes with varying schedules and shift times

Requirements

• Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required
• Willingness to complete paid training provided by Right at Home
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
• Honest, dependable, energetic, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
• Commitment to providing exceptional Caregiver services
