Responsibilities Collaborate with peers and team members to share strategies and opportunities. Participate in ongoing educational sessions with industry professionals. Represent the brokerage with professionalism during negotiations and closings. Stay organized with documentation, follow-ups, and compliance in transactions. Manage leads provided by the brokerage and follow up using our CRM systems. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and lead management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, ethical, and reliable. High drive for growth: self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable. Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure.
