Facilities Manager

Essential Functions: Perform required services for multi-storied/multi-tenant facilities/executive offices Ability to perform schedule and unscheduled maintenance and repair of equipment and systems Contract Administration experience Ability to operate and maintain Electrical Systems & Equipment and read schematics. Ability to operate and maintain mechanical, plumbing, BAS, HVAC (Boilers, Chillers, AHU's) in commercial buildings. Ability to operate and maintain fire protection and life safety systems and equipment Experience with building automation control systems such as BAS, Niagra Tridium JACE, Public Address, and Computerized Lighting Systems Ability to operate and maintain architectural and structural systems, fixtures and equipment Knowledge of how to conduct Service Request Desk Operation to include NCMMS Maintenance of landscape irrigation systems Knowledge to operate and maintain egress and access systems to include: Locks, keys, keycard system, vehicle barrier system, static and dynamic bollard systems, dock levelers and bumpers, roll-up and sliding garage doors. Knowledge to operate and maintain sanitary sewage/ ejector equipment and systems Ability to maintain or clean facilities designated as Historic by the Historic Building Society and/or contain historic components.
