Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Back Office Service (BOS) team. The successful candidate will work closely with various office directors and managers, ensuring smooth coordination of appraisal projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include responding promptly to bid request, setting up awarded jobs and completing job closings in accordance with company procedures. With exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, this candidate will efficiently manage the necessary tasks and resources to ensure the successful completion of the tasks. Key Responsibilities Handle daily correspondence via emails, Microsoft teams, Wrike and phone calls to support project coordination. Manage job setups and closings through database entry and clear communication with internal teams. Provide support to the team to help meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with team members to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving. Offer excellent customer service to company executives, office directors, and staff, ensuring their needs are met. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn additional functions, stepping in where needed, including assisting with accounting tasks as necessary. Qualifications Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Clear and professional communication, as project coordinators often act as the point of contact. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Proven accuracy in documentation, schedules, and communication Proactive in communicating deadlines and ensuring your offices on task. Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel & Word) and experienced in using internet search tools. Education and work requirements High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred or relevant experience. Customer Service: 2+ years preferred. Administrative Role: 2+ years preferred.
