Quality Coordinator

Our Newark based client is looking for a Quality Coordinator to maintain the Quality Management System. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Duties include: Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 1090 including the control of the Quality Manual Manage all standard operating procedures, work instructions, and company records. Lead QMS implementation, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure alignment of QMS with business strategy and operational processes. Plan and conduct internal and external audits. Manage non-conformances, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA) Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Assist with conducting Risk Assessments and compiling Method Statements Conduct 1 off and sample inspections and maintain the company's calibration system. To be considered for the Quality Coordinator role candidates must have previous quality experience and a strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 1090 requirements. Experience in quality control/inspection is helpful but not essential. Intermediate Excel and Word skill would be helpful.
