IT Manager Location: Austin, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Work Arrangement: Fully onsite Compensation: $75,000-$130,000 Benefits 20 days PTO + 10 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 90% of medical premiums covered IRA with up to 3% company match Paid parental leave Ongoing training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities About The Opportunity A growing, nationally recognized organization is seeking an IT Manager to take ownership of its technology environment and help shape its next phase of growth. This is a high-visibility opportunity to make a real impact across the business by modernizing systems, improving processes, and leveraging emerging technologies. This is not a traditional "keep the lights on" IT role. The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT leader who enjoys solving problems, implementing new technology, improving workflows, and turning ideas into action. What You'll Do Own day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, systems, security, and software. Lead technology implementations, integrations, migrations, and optimization initiatives. Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve business efficiency. Manage IT vendors, software licenses, contracts, and relationships. Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and systems issues. Partner directly with business leaders to identify technology needs and develop solutions. Drive automation and process improvements, including opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies. Establish strong security, access, onboarding/offboarding, and IT infrastructure standards. Lead projects from concept through implementation and adoption. Help build and scale the IT function as the organization continues to grow. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems, or a related area. Experience managing IT projects and implementing technology across an organization. Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, systems administration, cloud technologies, and business applications. Experience evaluating technology solutions and managing vendors. Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. A hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to operate strategically while still getting into the details. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required. Bonus Points For AWS and/or Microsoft Azure experience AI tools such as Claude IT ticketing systems and workflow automation Software integrations, migrations, or system consolidation Professional services or law firm experience QuickBooks, Box, or practice management systems Why Join?
