Chief of Staff

SerpApi is the leading solution to integrate search data into web applications. Our API scrapes search engines, solves CAPTCHAs, and keeps up with changing page layouts in one simple GET request. Our customers include Nvidia, Shopify, Perplexity, Adobe, Samsung and more. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with and support our CEO and executive team. As our Chief of Staff you will manage our CEO’s communications, align cross-functional priorities, and support key business initiatives. Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing priorities, communications, and follow-through so the CEO's time is focused on the highest-value work. Serve as a liaison across departments, driving cross-functional alignment and keeping organizational priorities on track. Lead research and analysis on business opportunities and operational improvements, and deliver clear recommendations to leadership. Own executive meeting execution: capture decisions and action items, distribute concise recaps, and track ownership and deadlines to completion. Manage executive scheduling, travel, and logistics, either directly or by coordinating support resources. Support the CEO on special projects spanning operations, finance, strategy, and administration as priorities shift. Requirements 7+ years in a Chief of Staff, senior operations, strategy, or comparable role with direct executive exposure (pure executive-assistant experience alone is not sufficient). Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes without direct authority. Strong written and verbal communication, sound business judgment, and comfort handling confidential and sensitive matters. High fluency with modern productivity and AI tools, and the ability to quickly learn and adopt new software; comfort working with data and reporting. Based in Austin and able to work on-site. Preferred Proficiency supporting contract, corporate governance, and corporate document workflows, including organizing, tracking, and coordinating with the legal team. Genuine enthusiasm for technology and curiosity about how emerging tools are reshaping how work gets done. Background in a high-growth or lean technology company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
