Residential Scheduling Coordinator

Screenmobile Scheduling Team Member Screenmobile of Charlotte is seeking a positive and detail-oriented individual to join our Scheduling Team. We are a family owned franchise that specializes in screens for windows, doors, and porches as well as top of the line outdoor products. You will be required to stay on top of all communication with our residential customers, communicate clearly and effectively in a timely manner, and maintain control of the schedule for all builder projects. Specific Responsibilities: Answer busy phone line and email communications Coordinate and schedule residential estimate, installation, repair and service appointments Utilize operating system for scheduling, invoicing and processing payments Communicate with customers clearly and effectively about our products and services Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed Process customer communications accurately and efficiently Exercise administrative judgment; assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements: Previous Scheduling/Logistics experience preferred Two or more years Customer Service experience required Proficiency to navigate basic CRM and office support software Must be extremely detail oriented as the position involves taking down and relaying information (dates, locations & times) Team player who can work in a small office environment Excellent customer relation skills Problem solving skills/have common sense Take pride in what you do Compensation: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
