Industrial Mechanic
The Industrial Technician will perform basic tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of manufacturing and packaging equipment. Availability to work in North Carolina.
- Able to identify, locates and diagnoses failure, replaces defective components and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
- Maintain accurate records always keeping equipment and systems cGMP compliant.
- Uses a variety of hand, power and test tools and equipment.
- Performs routine general maintenance tasks as designated by supervisor, to include any or all the following areas: process (formulation tanks and filler machines) and packaging equipment, utility equipment; HVAC; Purified water among others.
- Coordinates and executes maintenance on critical systems/equipment with supervisor.
- Performs multi-shift work as required.
- Maintain a safe work environment; work in a safe manner following all safety SOP's and wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- Able to check and respond to troubleshooting activities for Equipment Monitoring & Building Management Systems alerts and alarms.
- Ensure maintenance work orders are completed on time while adhering to operational standards.
- Availability to work in North Carolina.
- Industrial Mechanic Certification, Instrumentation, Engineering or related.
- Proficiency skills: automation, PLC
- At least 3 years of experience with manufacturing and/or laboratory equipment/machines.
- Availability to work any shift (24/5)
- Bilingual-English and Spanish
- Availability to work in North Carolina.
