Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Servers to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service that keeps our guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests while providing menus and daily specials
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to timing
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or dietary accommodations
• Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift
• Process payments and ensure accurate check handling
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Uphold Bistro 313's high standards for food presentation and guest experience

Requirements

• 1+ years of server experience in a full-service restaurant (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service (a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude, team player, and professional appearance
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States
• Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain one)
