Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Investor Relations Associate - Washington DC (On-Site) Overview: A fast-growing Real Estate Investment Firm is looking to add an Investor Relations Associate to their dynamic team. You'll work closely with a team of experienced professionals and play a key role in strategic development and investor engagement. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing investor communications, onboarding, and data integrity across their investment vehicles. Responsibilities Serve as a central point of contact for individual and institutional investors, as well as intermediaries, supporting Capital Markets, Finance, and Investments teams. Manage investor onboarding, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly uploaded into relevant investor portals. Maintain data compliance and accuracy across investor platforms. Prepare and distribute regular communications including investment reporting, distribution notices, tax documents, and company updates. Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely delivery of 1099s, K-1s, and other tax-related materials. Track investor engagement and pipeline activity using Salesforce, maintaining dashboards and reporting. Gather and relay investor feedback to leadership, offering insights and recommendations to enhance communication and strengthen relationships. Stay informed on internal developments by building relationships across the organization. Monitor peer and public company activity, including investor presentations and filings, to inform strategy and provide competitive insights. Collaborate with Capital Markets and distribution teams on pipeline forecasting and strategic initiatives. Requirements A proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 3+ years of experience in investor relations, preferably within real estate or private equity Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communicator with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders Comfortable working cross-functionally with operating teams Experience with investor portals Able to work effectively in a professional office environment Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Finance #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
