About the role
Support retail store projects by coordinating fixture orders, vendor communication, and installation activities. Ensure accurate ordering, tracking, and timely delivery of store fixtures for remodels and openings.
Key Responsibilities
• Review store plans, photos, and project information to determine fixture needs
• Create and manage purchase orders for fixtures and store equipment
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on delivery and installation timelines
• Track project updates, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records
• Support invoice, order, and system updates using business tools
Qualifications
• 1–3+ years of corporate, retail, operations, or project coordination experience
• Strong Excel, Microsoft Office, and data entry skills
• Experience with purchase orders, vendor coordination, or inventory processes
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Retail fixture, store planning, or construction coordination experience preferred
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• Estimated hourly range: $20–$23.5.00/hr (W-2)
• Final rate will depend on experience, skills, and interview results.
