Sr Investment Operations Analyst - HYBRID (Carmel, IN)

Job Details Salary range: $81,000.00 - $121,600.00 annually. This position is bonus‑eligible. Location: Carmel Corporate Office, Indiana. Candidates must reside within a 60‑mile radius and be able to work onsite. Sr. Investment Operations Analyst role assists in developing and adhering to controls within the Investment Operations group, providing support to mid‑level business leaders, identifying process improvements, maintaining business continuity and timely reporting, and operating within a SOX audit‑controlled environment. Responsibilities Ensure SOX key controls are adhered to and design and implement new internal controls as needed. Work with internal and external auditors regarding internal controls and substantive testing. Interface with portfolio managers, traders, custodians, and broker dealers in support of investment decisions. Conduct detailed analytical and evaluative review of investment data. Perform fixed income and option trade processing. Handle mortgage loan set‑up and payment processing. Review and process collateral. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of related work experience. Knowledge of financial and investment principles and practices. Strong business acumen, analysis skills, and written and verbal communication. Ability to excel in new, complex, evolving tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Oracle BI. Familiarity with investment systems such as Bloomberg and WSO Markit. Understanding of and prior experience with SOX internal controls.
