HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Tierra Environmental and Industrial Services, Inc, a Midwest leader in vacuum truck services and industrial cleaning, is currently seeking results driven and detail-oriented Sales Specialists to join our sales team.

Our ideal candidates are motivated team players who has a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and excellent interpersonal skills, possessing the skills and qualifications necessary to drive business growth and customer satisfaction, such as:

• Strong selling skills coupled with a deep understanding of the sales process to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Extensive knowledge of the services offered to educate customers and answer their questions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate the value proposition and benefits of the service to the customer.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Detail-oriented approach to manage customer information, sales data and track performance.
• Negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Time management skills to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow.
• Ability to quickly grasp and explain technical concepts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
