• A 106-bed facility with 12 ED rooms, 4 hall beds and 4 Fast Track beds.
• Annual ED volume of 36,000-28,000 with a 15% admit rate.
• An established Vituity site since 2015 with Vituity scribe support as well as Anesthesiology and Inpatient Psychiatry providers.
• A Kaiser affiliate and district hospital with a mission to serve the underserved, multicultural community.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
