Do you enjoy meeting new people, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating a welcoming atmosphere? Sips Coffee Co. is looking for friendly, dependable Baristas to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for a long-term opportunity or want to gain experience in customer service, we'd love to meet you. Pay and Details:
- Starting at $15/hour
- Cash tips
- Many team members earn up to $20/hour with tips
- Approximately 20-30 hours per week
- Must have 6am-12pm or 12pm-5pm availability, weekend availability preferred
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
- Take customer orders accurately
- Operate the register and handle transactions
- Keep the café clean and organized
- Stock supplies throughout the day
- Work as part of a supportive team
- Help create a fun, welcoming environment for every customer
- Friendly and outgoing
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Willing to learn new skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous coffee shop experience is great, but not required. We'll train the right person!
