Northeastern Air Quality is seeking a creative and dedicated Marketer to join our team. We are a leading provider of air quality testing, assessment, and environmental consulting services for both residential and commercial clients. This is a Full-Time position based in Kentucky Farms, Virginia, United States . The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a passion for environmental health, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including the company website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and SEO/SEM activities.
• Create compelling and informative content, such as blog posts, case studies, and social media updates, to educate our target audience on the importance of air quality.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance using key metrics and provide regular reports to guide future strategies.
• Organise and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programmes.
• Collaborate closely with our technical and sales teams to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, aligned with our services, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the environmental services sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• A genuine interest in environmental issues and public health would be a significant advantage.
