CNC Programmer
Job Location: Tyler, TX
Pay: $20.00 - $37.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in Tyler, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment while working in a safe, team-oriented environment.
If you have experience creating CNC programs, troubleshooting machining operations, and producing high-quality precision parts, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines
- Create and modify CNC programs to meet production requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Design machining features and determine machining processes
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Conduct test runs and make program adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
- Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and rulers
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized condition
- Previous CNC Programming and CNC Machining experience required
- Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of machine calibration and equipment maintenance
- Experience working with measuring and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting as needed
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and tools
