Our specially trained staff works hand-in-hand with physicians to provide the right products and the correct dosage to ensure patients get the compassionate care they need.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPull and pack orders for distributionOversee quality assurance in order pickingProcess order returns and manage wasted productsCollaborate with Managers to meet supply needs, quality, and delivery requirementsHandle shipping and receiving tasks: inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness, and receive/unpack items as neededProvide information on stock items, including location, quantities, and inventory movement upon requestPerform inventory management duties such as recording, counting, and stocking items, including full and cycle countsMaintain spreadsheets and systems to log all non-production-related inventory transactionsWork directly with the Manager to maintain a well-organized and efficient facilityAssist with and actively participate in internal and external inventory and packaged goods auditsFulfill all tasks related to packaging finished stock and preparing orders for delivery, ensuring compliance with established regulations and labeling requirementsAdhere to all state-specific rules and regulationsCollaborate respectfully with team members and foster a team-oriented environmentQUALIFICATIONSProficiency in Microsoft ExcelA minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control and distributionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and analytical, with a strong focus on process optimizationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage high-stress situations, and remain adaptable as neededCapable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracyStrong independent work ethic and efficient time management skillsGood interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levelsAbility to clearly articulate job goals and complete them effectivelyADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)Minimum of a High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalentValid driver's license is requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds as relevant to job dutiesMust be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods throughout the workdayFlexibility to work 7 days per week if necessaryENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPOSUREExposure may vary depending on work location: fertilizer, dust, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, plant pathogens, volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.Salary will be commensurate with experience.
