Physical Therapist Location: Monroe, MI Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $1,737 to $1,789 per week Shift: Days – 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Travel Physical Therapist (PT) assignments in Monroe, MI allow you to help clients in skilled nursing settings regain mobility and independence. You will review medical histories, assess movement, develop individualized care plans using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment. Responsibilities include tracking progress, educating clients and families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Requirements The position requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and state licensure. Experience in skilled nursing care settings is preferred. Minimum one-year experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and travel physical therapy experience is desired. Additionally, you must hold an active PT license in Michigan (PT-MI) and complete Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. An SSN, DOB, and one reference covering your entire work history are required.
