About the Role:

As an Architectural Design Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the architectural team by contributing to the conceptualization and development of innovative design solutions. This position offers hands-on experience in the preparation of architectural drawings, 3D models and presentations that align with project goals and client requirements. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound. The role emphasizes learning and applying industry standards, building codes, and sustainable design principles to real-world projects. Ultimately, your contributions will help shape the built environment while gaining valuable professional experience in a dynamic architectural practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Recently graduated from an accredited architecture program.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Lumion.
• Familiarity with sustainable design standards and LEED certification processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
