This position would require the candidate to perform buy-side and sell-side advisory projects for TS clients who invest in and or operate within various industries. The candidate will have contact with the client and target company personnel at all levels. As a Senior Associate in TS you will:Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for clients and target companies across multiple industries including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, construction, restaurant and retail, business services, and food and commoditiesConduct engagements in compliance with applicable professional, regulatory, and firm requirementsDeliver high-quality services by applying the results of data analysisPossess knowledge of financial and emerging management concepts along with accounting and operational systemsProvide value-added strategies or services to assist clients in achieving business objectivesPrepare various analyses, review financial records, and conduct interviews with clients and target management to analyze quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, and other financial resultsAssist in identifying issues and providing strategies to aid clients with strategic decisions, purchase price adjustments, deal restructuring, or deal termination#LI-AL2 #LI-HybridQualifications:Must have at least two (2) years of experience in Assurance (Audit) or Transaction Services consulting in a CPA firm or related environment.Previous experience with manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, construction, restaurant and retail, business services, or food and commodities clients required.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a relevant field is required.CPA eligible or an active CPA license preferred.Must be willing to travel up to 10% annuallyClient service experience requiredWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
