Analytics Engineer

Owning the end-to-end development of production-grade data models and pipelines, the full-time Analytics Engineer will build and maintain the Compliance Data Mart, ensuring data integrity and supporting regulatory needs while working remotely with quarterly in-person sessions. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain production-grade data models and pipelines for user, transaction, and compliance data Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data integrity before it reaches downstream reports Support regulatory exams and audits by providing accurate and timely data while automating manual workflows Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining production data pipelines and data models, with proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, and modern warehouse platforms like Snowflake or Databricks Experience in implementing data quality frameworks, including validation logic and monitoring Ability to support high-stakes data needs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Proven track record of converting manual workflows into documented infrastructure Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency
