Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing established protocols and diagnostic instruments to evaluate their treatment needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and aspirations of each client, incorporating evidence-based strategies tailored for diverse mental health issues. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that promote healing and personal growth, while ensuring a supportive group dynamic. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to provide integrated care that upholds the highest standards of mental health services. Engage with clients’ families, providing psychoeducation and resources to enhance their understanding of mental health and promote active participation in the recovery process. Maintain meticulous documentation and records of client progress, adhering to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements for confidentiality. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients come from various backgrounds and experience a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. As a therapist in our clinic, you will focus on customizing treatment modalities to empower clients and assist them on their path to recovery. Qualifications Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) . A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field is required. Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling through specialized training or extensive clinical experience. Strong grounding in evidence-based practices, showcasing an ability to employ these frameworks in therapeutic settings. Exceptional skills in therapeutic engagement, demonstrating a capacity to foster a strong rapport with clients to motivate them toward their recovery goals. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to effectively connect with clients as well as team members. Preferred Experience Experience in utilizing teletherapy platforms and technologies to deliver remote counseling services effectively. Familiarity with community resources and support systems that enhance client recovery efforts. Previous experience working with diverse populations and varied mental health diagnoses. Compensation and Benefits The yearly salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
