We’re hiring a Director of National Accounts at our rental facility in Columbia, MO , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overarching strategy for the national accounts program to achieve sales and revenue objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the National Account Managers team.
• Establish and oversee sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics for the national account portfolio.
• Lead negotiations for master service agreements and complex, high-value contracts.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities for growth within the existing account base.
• Forecast and report on national account revenue and pipeline activity to the executive team.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-performing National Account Managers.
• Resolve high-level customer escalations and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Drive the adoption of EquipmentShare's technology solutions within the national account portfolio.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and leading a successful national or enterprise accounts team.
• Mastery of complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis

Education & Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sales or national account management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing an enterprise sales team.
