Job Description:

* Diverse Patient Care: Work with a wide range of cases, including strokes, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health, and sepsis.
* Challenging Environment: Engage in routine and complex care with a focus on long-range goals and plans.
* Collaborative Team: Collaborate with skilled professionals who are committed to making a difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
* Administer medications and treatments according to protocols; monitor for side effects and effectiveness.
* Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given with precision.
* Assess and address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
* Educate patients, family members, and caregivers, assessing their learning needs and identifying relevant resources.

Essential Requirements:

* Certifications:
* BLS certification via AHA required
* ACLS certification via AHA required
* PALS certification via AHA required
* De-Escalation certification required

* Licensure:
* RN License in state of employment or compact

* Education:
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred

* Experience:
* 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
* Newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.

Work Schedule:

* Night Shift: 7PM - 7AM
* Every other weekend required
