About the role

Support our Sales Associates in delivering a welcoming, seamless experience in an LV Luxury Jewelers boutique. You will help prepare product presentations, keep merchandise and records organized, and coordinate the details that allow the sales team to serve clients well.

LV Luxury Jewelers is a family-owned Las Vegas luxury watch and jewelry retailer. This role suits a detail-oriented team member who enjoys client service, boutique operations and learning about fine timepieces.

What you will do

• Welcome clients, acknowledge their needs and support Sales Associates during appointments and product presentations.

• Prepare product information and organize inventory so timepieces are ready for client presentations.

• Learn the boutique’s timepieces, product features and brand histories to help answer client questions.

• Prepare sales documents, including appraisal documentation, receipts and warranty information.

• Coordinate repair and service requests with clients and internal teams.

• Keep showcases and the sales floor clean, organized and aligned with brand standards.

• Schedule appointments, maintain accurate CRM records and support client follow-up.

• Maintain professional presentation and work collaboratively with the boutique team.

Requirements

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.

• Interest in luxury brands and attentive client service.

• Proficiency with POS systems, CRM software and basic office tools.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred

• Previous experience in luxury retail, customer service or sales support.
