Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Part-Time | Periodontal Specialty Practice | San Diego, CA\n

Love hygiene and periodontal care? Join our established, private, fee-for-service periodontal practice! We're looking for a compassionate, team-oriented RDH who is passionate about patient care and enjoys practicing at the top of their license.

• Part-time

• Mondays: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
\n

$60–$65/hour DOE

• One-hour appointments for periodontal maintenance
\n
• One hour per quadrant of SRP
\n
• Dedicated assistants for x-rays and perio charting
\n
• No production quotas or sales pressure
\n
• No waiting for doctor checks
\n
• Well-maintained, motivated patients
\n
• Supportive, positive, drama-free team culture
\n

\n
• Active California RDH license
\n
• 1–2+ years of experience preferred (we're willing to train the right person)
\n
• Skilled with Cavitron, hand instrumentation, local anesthetic, and nitrous
\n
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
\n
• Genuine passion for dental hygiene and periodontal therapy
\n
• Available Mondays
\n
• Right-handed (our operatories are configured for right-handed clinicians)
\n

\n
• Provide periodontal maintenance and SRP
\n
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
\n
• Perform periodontal charting and maintain accurate records in Dentrix
\n
• Communicate treatment provided with referring dentists
\n
• Help manage hygiene inventory
\n
