Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders; observe and report adverse effects
- Monitor resident status during night hours, performing assessments and responding to changes
- Provide routine nursing care (vital signs, wound care, injections, documentation) and assist with activities of daily living
- Document care activities accurately in the electronic health record; maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team to support care plans
- Respond to call lights, initiate timely interventions, and follow facility policies for safety and infection control

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Vermont
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and comply with a schedule that includes every other weekend
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and follow established policies and procedures
- Authorization to work in the United States (travel assignment eligibility)
