Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide outstanding customer service.
- Prepare delicious coffee, specialty drinks, teas, smoothies, and other menu items according to BIGGBY® standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and beverage preparation procedures.
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work together as a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.
- Create a positive guest experience with every interaction.
