Bilingual Spanish Service and Sales Representative

Ryan Williams State Farm is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Service and Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and identifying insurance products that meet customers' needs.

Position Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide service to existing policyholders and help resolve routine questions or concerns.
• Update and maintain customer insurance policies accurately.
• Answer questions about billing, payments, invoices, policy changes, and account information.
• Identify opportunities to discuss and offer additional insurance products that may benefit customers.
• Transition conversations from service needs to appropriate sales opportunities in a helpful, consultative manner.
• Assist with basic claims-related questions and guide customers through the initial claims process.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, policy updates, payments, and service requests.
• Provide professional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
• Strong communication, listening, and customer-service skills.
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced office environment.
• Comfortable discussing insurance products and identifying customer needs.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn insurance-related systems.
• Previous insurance, sales, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Must meet applicable licensing and background requirements.

Compensación: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
