Network Security Engineering Manager

Network Security Engineering Manager oversees a team of network security engineers in a full-time role, ensuring the performance and compliance of network security systems while promoting innovation and automation in security practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop an Innovation, Research & Advanced Development organization focused on network and endpoint security Implement automation and CI/CD practices to enhance security solutions and reduce risks Translate technical ideas into actionable roadmaps while fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills Experience in network security engineering and management Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code Proficiency in leveraging AI for security solutions development Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders
