Receptionist Job Title: School Receptionist Location: Eustace Middle School Job Description We are currently seeking a friendly and competent School Receptionist to join our administrative team at Eustace Middle School. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner. Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments. Maintain accurate records of visitors, including sign‑in and sign‑out logs. Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail. Assist in the preparation of school events and meetings. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Strong problem‑solving skills. Certifications While no specific certifications are required, a background in customer service or administrative roles would be beneficial. Experience working in a school environment is a plus.
