Link Logistics Real Estate ("Link") is a leading operator of warehouses and business parks, specializing in last‑mile logistics real estate. Established by Blackstone in 2019, Link connects consumption, technology, and the supply chain across its portfolio, spanning half a billion square feet. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects, from initiation through completion. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and expectations. Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution. Manage project scope, ensuring changes are documented and approved. Facilitate regular status updates, stakeholder communications, and reporting. Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and documentation standards. Support testing, deployment, and transition activities as needed. Monitor budget and resource allocation for assigned projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management or related delivery roles. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
