Location: Fort Collins, CO

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Manage daily operations of an affordable housing community
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and applicants
Oversee leasing activities, applications, move-ins, and move-outs
Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and guidelines
Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
Maintain accurate tenant records and property documentation
Foster a welcoming, respectful, and community-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

Previous property management or housing experience
Familiarity with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, etc.)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
