We are currently seeking Finish carpenters for upcoming commercial projects in Waynesboro, PA

The ideal candidate will have experience installing and finishing interior and exterior carpentry components while maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, sketches, and building plans
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to project specifications
• Install doors, door frames, hinges, handles, and hardware
• Install trim, molding, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, shelving, stairs, and other finish carpentry components
• Construct and install detailed woodwork and fixtures
• Inspect, repair, and replace damaged wood products, fixtures, and finish carpentry elements
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Finish Carpenter
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and materials
• Experience installing doors, trim, molding, cabinetry, and hardware
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
