Emergency Department Registered NurseLocation not specifiedThis is a 13-week contract position.12-hour Day Shift (0700-1900), must be flexible to take other shifts as needed. Typically 7 on, 7 off with 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next.The Emergency Department consists of an 11-bed Main ED, a 6-bed ED Fast Track, and a 7-bed ED Observation Unit. Registered Nurses are expected to rotate through each of these areas regularly.Nurses will be involved in Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent duties, and Entry Screening. Depending on patient volume and unit needs, nurses may have their assigned area changed throughout their shift and can expect to assist with Covid testing and immunization clinics as required.Regular rotation through the Main ED, ED Fast Track, and ED Observation Unit.Triage and quick registration of patients.Assistance in Covid testing and immunization clinics as needed.Flexibility to float to other departments and take on additional tasks as required.Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in Emergency Nursing.American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC certifications required.Conscious sedation certification (to be obtained through facility after confirmation).At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
